"From the beginning Kirkton Park Hotel provided an outstanding level of service. Our initial conference enquiry was submitted on-line and we received a follow up phone call shortly thereafter. Eliza was professional, courteous and obviously had great experience in event management.

In the process of selecting a venue, we visited Kirkton Park Hotel, where Eliza had planned a comprehensive inspection of the facilities. In addition to the inspection Eliza had also taken into consideration our needs and provided many different options that were available to us, as well as some great ideas on how to make our conference enjoyable. On a personal note, we appreciated the fact that Eliza had gone to the effort of arranging a take-away lunch for us as she knew we had a busy schedule.

In relation to offering tailored solution, Eliza was by far the stand out in comparison to other Conference and Sales Managers that we were dealing with. This played a large factor in deciding upon which venue to select, as initially we preferred a share style accommodation.

During our conference, all of the staff at Kirkton Park provided an excellent level of service, nothing was too much trouble.

Our staff provided positive feedback in relation to the conference and Kirkton Park. The resort made their conference more enjoyable, providing a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. This was due to the flexibility and accommodating approach to ever aspect of your service delivery.

We have always worked on the basis that our National Sales Conference would be held in a different state/venue each year, however we were that impressed with Kirkton Park Hotel, that we are considering changing this view.

We are often attending various conferences around the country and our experience at Kirkton Park has highlighted how many of the conferences fall short of the high benchmark that Eliza set for IC Firth in 2014."

A huge thank you to Angela and her crew for their service especially at dinner time; the set up in the conference room was very nice. Carers felt special by the service and friendly smile. 

A special thank you to the Chef for the variety of dishes, and the delicious desserts, some of the eyes were glowing.  I did not receive any complaints, so I’m guessing everyone must have enjoyed their meals.  As you can imagine it is often very difficult to please everyone.
