What is a Locavore?
A Locavore is a person interested in eating food that is locally produced, not moved long distances to market. One common - but not universal - definition of "local" food is grown within 100 miles of its point of purchase or consumption. Our Executive Chef invites you to join us as we embark on a new venture to leave as light an environmental footprint as possible, while still staying true to our authentic regional location
